Solution: Content and engagement strategy for LinkedIn + Revamp the newsletter

Result: Increased LinkedIn engagement by 80% + Increased the click rate of the monthly Newsletter to Members by 8% (Read the last one I created)
Ministry of Education of Peru
Challenge: Gather school principals, researchers, organizations, national and international leaders, and the public sector to share knowledge about school management.​

Solution: Produce the "First International Seminar on School Principals Leadership"with policy-orientend and case studies sessions in collaboration with the World Bank, the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI)

National Bank of Peru
Challenge: In 2021, as the Peruvian Government was delivering financial aid, long queues were formed beyond the branches' capacity
​
Solution: Encourage people to use alternative channels to reduce the queues through the campaign "An agent for the people"
​
Result: Better queue management and customer service in critical branches in 12 regions of Peru + Increased awareness and trust in alternative channels (See the Campaign in action).
