Militza was a pivotal member of my team in the Ministry of Education of Peru. Through the different roles she took on, Militza always delivered great quality communicational and strategic products that contributed in a very significant manner to the Ministry objectives. She worked in projects related to training of school principals, better school management instruments and new and innovative school management regimes.
